Do I need to book a video appointment?

For most of our treatments, you do not need to book a video appointment.

You can simply complete our secure online medical questionnaire 24 hours a day at your own convenience.

However, patient safety is our highest priority. For certain complex treatments, such as initiating a new Hormone Replacement Therapy plan, our protocol requires a face to face video consultation with a clinician before we can safely issue a prescription.
