# How does the PrivateDoc service work?

PrivateDoc provides a simple, highly secure three step process for accessing prescription medication online.

First, you complete a free digital health consultation regarding your specific condition.

Next, one of our UK registered clinicians carefully reviews your medical history to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

Finally, if approved, our licensed UK pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it directly to your door in discreet packaging.

You only pay for your treatment if your prescription is clinically approved.
