1.Your Online Consultation:Complete from home in minutes.

Your journey begins with a confidential online medical questionnaire. This allows our clinical team to fully understand your medical history and specific treatment needs.

  • Honest Reporting: Please answer all health questions fully and honestly so our clinicians can assess your needs safely.

  • Treatment Preferences: You can state a preference for a specific medication, especially if you are continuing a previous course of care. However, your final treatment plan is always determined by a qualified clinician based on your medical profile.

  • Payment Hold: You will provide payment details at the end of the form to ensure fast processing. No payment is taken unless a prescription is issued. If your request is declined, the pending hold is immediately released.

2.Clinical Review:Thorough safety and eligibility checks.

Once submitted, your consultation is securely passed to one of our qualified prescribing clinicians.

  • Thorough Evaluation: The prescriber reviews your answers against strict UK clinical guidelines.

  • Direct Contact: If they need to clarify any details, they will contact you with follow-up questions or arrange a secure virtual consultation.

  • Approval or Refund: If treatment is safe and appropriate, they will issue your prescription. If treatment is not suitable, you will be notified with a clear medical explanation, and your payment hold will be fully refunded.

3.Fast and Discreet Delivery:Tracked dispatch from our registered pharmacy.

As soon as your prescription is approved, it is sent directly to our dispensing pharmacy partner.

  • Discreet Packaging: All medications are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.

  • Shipping Cut-offs: Orders approved before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day via DPD or Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as it leaves the facility.
