What is Foundayo?

Foundayo is a once-daily tablet containing orforglipron, a small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly. Unlike injectable GLP-1 treatments, Foundayo is taken as a tablet and does not require fasting or restrictions on when you take it in relation to food.

Following MHRA approval on 10 August 2026, Foundayo is licensed in the UK for weight management.
