What is the Mounjaro dose schedule?

Treatment begins with an initial dose of 2.5mg. Your clinician will review your progress every four weeks and can gradually increase your dose to 5mg, 7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg, up to a maximum weekly dose of 15mg. The 5mg, 10mg, and 15mg strengths are considered the primary maintenance doses.
