What is the starting dose for the Wegovy pill?

Patients new to this medication will begin on an introductory dose of 1.5mg once daily. Your clinician will carefully monitor your progress and step your dose up gradually over the following months to 4mg, 9mg, and eventually the 25mg maintenance dose.
